Personal Review of 22 Min Hard Corps Cardio 1 Workout
Tony Horton packs a great punch into day 1 of the 22 Min Hard Corps cardio 1 workout. My heart rate reached about 90% of my max heart rate during each of the 3 sets.
The moves are simple in action but the level of intensity works large muscle groups to facilitate the expected caloric burn. During the workout, including a warm-up and cool-down, I burned 200 calories – a super start for the day.
It does not include a warm-up but does have a cool down in the last couple of minutes. Here’s a warm-up routine if you need one.
There are several modifiers throughout the workout to demonstrate for beginners. The exercises are 7 moves done in 3 sets with a couple of small water breaks.
This workout moves quickly and thus will likely appeal to the mass of fitness buffs who have the desire to workout daily but find it difficult to squeeze into their hectic daily schedule.
