The train to a healthy lifestyle is such a fun ride. It should be a process instead of a drastic let’s change everything in one day. Women over 40 who are evolving into a healthier lifestyle, which often includes losing weight, can be much more successful long term by slowly making necessary changes. Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar is a new one for me.

AVC is made from crushed apples that have fermented. Acetic acid bacteria is added to convert the alcohol to vinegar. Organic ACV has strings of bacteria that are safe to drink called, “mother of vinegar”. (1)
Therefore, it is best to get a good quality organic ACV such as Bragg’s ACV.

Recipe for Apple Cider Vinegar Success
2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar – make sure it’s organic for the most benefit!
1 cup water
Drink first thing in the morning using a straw to help protect tooth enamel. If needed, you can add a tablespoon of honey to help the taste.
UPDATE: While the benefits of apple cider are great, the taste of the apple cider was too bad to drink it more than a few times. I applaud you if you are able!
