Happy Friday! After getting back from the horse show Sunday evening, (I have pictures to show you!) It was such an amazing time at Tryon. Tryon is such an amazing show experience. The facilities are state of the art and new buildings continue to be built in preparation for the World Equestrian Games being hosted there this Fall. Since getting back, I have been busy working on the blog and snuggling with sweet Rhett.
What plans do you have this weekend? For those of you who are moms, any special plans? I’m hoping to see the new Overboard movie. I have seen the original one a gazillion times. Weather is crazy hot here for May, it has me itching to get to the beach. We haven’t been to the beach since moving back to NC last August.
Andrew and I have been eating super low carbs this week, somewhat keto style. I have determined it is really difficult to stay less than 20 grams of carbs! I can stay less than 50 pretty easily, but 20 is torture for more than a day. Andrew is working on dropping a few extra pounds and sometimes we just have to switch it up, right?!
Hello Fresh – I am addicted. We had 2 more meals this week from them…pure convenience and deliciousness. It is a little pricier, but the additional expense is for the convenience. Makes me wonder if I can shop once, add in everything for a meal into a paper bag and store it in the fridge until I’m ready to cook. Hmmm…maybe, but probably not. Fitness: I have been in between workout programs recently and just can’t decide what I want to do. Meanwhile, I have been doing these exercises around the house. I may go a little overboard on making sure I don’t lose glute muscles I worked so hard for. Some of my cardio I count horseback riding, but regular elliptical HIITs are priceless.
