It’s not a diet, it is a lifestyle change that will have you feeling great before the month is over! Being fit is so much more than a number on a scale. Fitness and good health is having the stamina to walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath, not catching every cold or virus that comes along, playing with grandkids and just plain enjoying an active life!

I realized years ago 40s did not have to be over the hill! My 40s have been one of my most active times in my life and it can be yours too.

Ready to Get Losing?

While the January Weight Loss Challenge officially starts on January 1, there are few things you can do to get prepared.

1 – Join the FB community

2 – Follow me on Instagram @fitfoundme

3 – Sign up for a food tracker such as MyFitnessPal and get your profile set up. We will talk specifics soon.

4 – Invite a couple of friends to join you! Make this your own neighborhood or community event! Share this post with them so they too can join. Your accountability and motivation will be out of the roof!

5 – Lastly, commit! Make a commitment to make your health a priority! Do your workouts daily and post your accountability picture in Instagram using #fitfoundme and tag me @fitfoundme (must make your profile public for me to see it) or post in the FB community page.

Remember, weekly workout schedules will be emailed to you every Sunday. Workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. Sundays will be your rest days, or if you want to keep moving, it’s a great day for a walk!

Nutritional guidance will be provided along with some of my favorite quick recipes and tips for planning good meals that follow along with the macros I suggest.

While my supplements are minimal, I will share with you everything I do daily to help you achieve the same results.
