Quick easy healthy dinner meals to lose weight is ideal, right? Here at my house, 5:00 seems to sneak up on me before I realize it, especially with the daylight savings time. All too often we are eating at 8 pm, a couple of hours later than we like. But this week I have a solid plan!
This past weekend I had one of my awful bouts of a 3-day migraine…a weekend totally wasted and a horse show missed as a result. Do you have migraines? They are more common for women than men. My theory is most of the time they are due to hormones. If I am late switching patches, it usually triggers a migraine.

We have many creative, prepared, fresh foods at our fingertips. We are so lucky! It’s almost a shame not to give them a try when they could help us so much on our busy days.
So I have my meals for Wednesday – Friday, but what about Monday and Tuesday? In thinking about what to plan for us, I found these resources for healthy dinners I thought you might like also.
We always have the different protein shakes on standby along with veggies and eggs which are my favorite staples for now. I can eat eggs and roasted veggies almost every day.
So that’s our week of meals in a nutshell. I’m excited!
